Delivery to UK Mainland

Delivery to UK Mainland (Zone A & B) is free and items are sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class (0-2kg) or UK Mail/DHL Parcels Next Day service (2kg+). For smaller parcels, a Next Day postage upgrade is available. Excludes Zone C, D & E. Please see our Shipping and Delivery page for more information.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product you can return your items for a refund or exchange.

We offer full refunds on returns up to 14 days from the date of delivery unless the product has been custom-made to your specification. Your order must be returned in brand new, unused condition in the original packaging. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be refused or only partially refunded.
