How long will my refund take?

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you on the approval or rejection of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Credit/Debit Card: VISA/Mastercard refunds can take 5-7 working days, however this depends on your bank and card issuer’s policies.
PayPal: usually instant, or up to 5 working days. If PayPal process the refund by e-cheque, this could take longer.
