Need to return an item?
We’re sorry to hear that you’re not 100% satisfied with our product. Information regarding returns, return exceptions and refunds can be found in this section.

To be eligible for a return, items MUST be unused and in the same condition that you received it, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must notify us of your wish to return your item within 14 days of your purchase and return the item within 28 days of purchase.

You, as the buyer, are responsible for any return postage (unless otherwise agreed).
