My order didn't go through but funds have been taken?

When you enter your card details at checkout, banks will often pre-authorise funds in anticipation of the payment being made. If an order fails, the funds are temporarily held by your bank so they cannot be spent elsewhere. They are usually released within 24 hours. If the funds are not released, please contact your bank to find out more.
