Does my international shipping cost include import charges?

Our international shipping costs DO NOT INCLUDE any VAT and customs/import charges. All international orders are fulfilled with a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) status. This means you are charged 0% VAT by our website and VAT and customs charges will be applied to your order when it reaches the destination. Customs charges vary, so as the importer, it is your responsibility to research these charges before purchasing and pay these upon import.

Customers will be contacted by the customs authority in the destination country to arrange payment prior to delivery, and it is important that correct contact telephone number and email information is provided at the time of order. Your order will be released for delivery by the customs authorities as soon as the import duty has been paid.

If the item is returned to us as a result of import charges being disputed or not being paid, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost and any additional charges that we incur from your refund.
