Does my international shipping cost include import charges?

Our international shipping costs DO NOT INCLUDE any VAT and customs/import charges. As the importer, it is your responsibility to research these charges before purchasing and pay these upon import.

If the item is returned to us as a result of import charges not being paid, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost and any additional charges that we incur from your refund.
