Tracking says my order has been delivered but it has not arrived

If the tracking shows your parcel has been delivered but it has not arrived, please contact us and provide your full name and shipping address. We will look into this for you. If you have inputted any details incorrectly at checkout and this has caused the order to be delivered incorrectly, we will not accept any responsibility for the parcel.
