My order has not arrived

Please allow up to 2 working days after receiving your dispatch notification for next day delivery (courier) and up to 5 working days for standard delivery (Royal Mail). If your order has still not arrived after this time, please contact us and we will look into it for you.

Any courier delays are beyond our control and we will not be held liable for any consequential losses due to delayed items.
