Tapered Seat

Refers to the bolt seat. Cone-shaped. Tapers in diameter meaning it gets gradually thinner at one end.

Thread Length

The length of the threaded part of the bolt or screw, from underneath the seat to the end.

Thread Pitch

The distance between adjacent threads on a bolt or screw (usually in mm) (e.g. 1.5 is 1.5mm or 1.25 is 1.25mm).
